Sunny Weekend

How was your weekend?  It definitely felt like summer here in Seattle - the sun was shining, everyone was outside, and the flowers are blooming like crazy!  It was a pretty great weekend with family and friends - I hope this is a sign of a fabulous summer to come!

Susannah's Bachelorette Weekend {Part III}

aturday afternoon, after spending all morning at the beach, we freshened up, put on our awesome tattoos {above}, and headed out into Oceanside for a little beer tasting.  We managed to make it to two great breweries {one for atmosphere and one for awesome flights} before becoming ravenous and needing to find food.  While most of Saturday evening is not appropriate to show via pics {I promised Susy I wouldn't} let me just say that it was a pretty awesome evening filled with so much laughter I think we all left with hurt stomachs.  This really is a great group of girls and I cannot wait to spend the wedding weekend with all of them :)  Cheers, Susannah!

Susannah's Bachelorette Weekend {Part II}

Saturday morning, we were all about the beach.  Several of us woke up early to enjoy the California sun, and it was amazing.  Nothing beats drinking your coffee standing in the sand, right?  After a lazy morning, we all made pancakes and mimosas, then headed back out to the beach to enjoy a some sunshine before the rest of the days' activities.  It really was one of my most favorite parts of the weekend :)

Susannah's Bachelorette Weekend {Part I}

Us Seattleites arrived in Cali last Thursday night to meet up with Michelle, and after a cozy night at the hotel, we packed up Friday morning and headed north to our condo in Oceanside.  While the listing said beachfront, I didn't really expect that our place would literally be on the beach.  We stocked up on groceries and decorated the place in entirely inappropriate bachelorette paraphernalia while we anxiously awaited Susannah's arrival.  Once she showed up and was clearly impressed with our decorating skills the ocean view, we quickly poured some drinks, made some delicious food, and watched the sunset while waiting for the rest of the party to slowly show up.  There were whale sightings {!}, awesome dance parties, and so many laughs.  It was the perfect way to start off an amazing weekend :)

Bachelorette Weekend

This past weekend was so so so great.  A group of amazing women all gathered in Oceanside, CA to celebrate our lovely Susannah - one of the best people I know.  More pics to come, but until then, check out our view.  Not bad, eh? :)
