A Sunny Walk Around the Lake

The forecast for a chance of sun this weekend (and no rain!) gets me super excited.  While I know it's pretty far off, the thought of sunshine makes me eager to say goodbye to winter and hello to warmer days.  These pictures are from a sunny day in December, when we decided to take my new camera for a stroll around the lake, and along the way made friends with some ducks.  Here's to hoping there are many more days like this in the not too distant future :)
