Engaged {Erika & Joe}

Last Sunday, Joe finally popped the question, and Erika said yes :)  So last night, I had the girls over for a celebratory champagne toast and yummy treats.  I went all out with candies, cheese, a delicious chocolate cake, and a pink and red theme (apparently, February really is the perfect time to celebrate love).  We all got to hear the tale of the proposal, the fun preparations already in the works, and the bride was smiling the entire time.  Erika - I'm so excited for you!!  Congrats, you two :)
