Once the rest of Lily's guests arrived the cousins had a great time kicking the soccer ball and driving in circles on the carts around the house while the rest of us chatted and watched the birthday girl show off her walking moves. We had a yummy dinner of flank steak, then all gathered around to sing Happy Birthday to Lily and watch her dig into her cake with a bit of trepidation and help from her oldest brother. It was so much fun watching this little lady celebrate her first year and I'm so excited to see what this next year has in store for her!
