How was your weekend? Mine was busy, full of old friends, family visits, and lots of snow! I headed up north on Sunday {missing what would've been my 12th Dipapalooza, but I figured I'd go out on top} and drove through what ended up being Snow-mageddon. I was thisclose to turning around at Marysville with the car almost sliding through slush and barely being able to see through the wet snow, but I made it to the valley and am so thankful I did. It was a quick trip north {and a tense drive} but it was totally worth it and to come home to snow falling in Seattle made me happy that at least we get to see it once this season. More on the weekend later, but here are a few pics of the snow up north {of course, I couldn't take pics of the worst stuff on the drive}. Here's hoping for a quiet and peaceful week!
