We woke up on Tuesday to a beautifully sunny but freezing morning, ready to get out and explore nature. We walked down to the
Pumphouse for a yummy breakfast to fill us up for the day then headed back to our motel to get ready for our hike. We decided to drive out to
Fay Canyon Trail, a 2.4 mile out and back trail that leads you on a red dirt path through the trees surrounded by giant rock formations and had us oohing and aahing the whole way out. The trail is pretty flat and easy to navigate and luckily we didn't run into too many other hikers along the way. At the end there is a giant rock that we decided to climb {the most difficult part of the hike} so we could get insane views of the valley and rocks below. It was such a fun way to start our day out in nature and makes me excited to go out and explore other hikes in Sedona.
