We started off the new year with my favorite resolution, a date night every month. We had an old gift card to
Betty from my bro and his family so it seemed like the perfect place for our first date night of the year. We sat back in the bar and started the evening with some yummy cocktails, then shared the beet salad as an appetizer {that I am determined to replicate at home}. For our mains I got the seasonal cassoulet and C got what he said was one of the best burgers he's had in quite a while. I loved switching up our usual Friday take out night and hitting up a local fave with my honey - the perfect way to start a new tradition!
