New Year's Day was incredibly slow, which was perfect after a super late night. We made delicious breakfast bagel sandwiches with perfectly runny eggs, then took Nina for a sunny but cold walkie up to the park and around Queen Anne {although after staying up so late, she was pretty sleepy!}. Afterwards we lounged around watching shows and reading magazines before it was time for me to go home and prep for the short work week ahead. I'm feeling hopeful and energized about the new year, and knowing that it had such a calm and lovely start makes me so excited to see where 2019 takes us :)
